Does any one have a way of keeping squirrels out of planter boxes ?

Make a mixture of hot pepper flakes and garlic mixed with water.

Put the hot pepper powder right on the soil, I have had good results in planters and in the garden where squirrels and rabbits dig or chew on my flowers.
We have used cayenne pepper to deter armadillos and squirrels.
