hi thought i would give you a different angle...i have bush turkeys in my garden... so i have tried to change habitat....made the area too hot by opening up bush, so as to not be attractive.Next i have looked at known predators ie the owl, and snakes....positioned plastic versions around. Lastly they are territorial so i have put a mirror up, so they see another scary turkey looking at them, and for night placed solar christmas lights which blink to disorientate. They don't nest anymore..... hope this has given you some new ways to deal with the problem.
