It's not an indoor it's an actually in ground outside pool
Can't wait to see answers, we have the same issue. Tired of spending money on it I wanted this pool all my life, finally got it and within 2 years I was sorry I built it. Take my advice, people, DO NOT ADD A POOL TO YOUR YARD!! I have no idea what a "natural pool" is.
It's actually pretty cool and you do not have to use man-made chemicals and one that's why I've been kind a looking at it to see if I conversion would even work
Unsure about your pool, but we stopped using chemicals and now use salt....Very much like body's own pH and cheap! This has been easier to care for than chemicals, water is cleaner and no chemical smell. Even in summer heat, no chemical burn off, just maintain salt-pH level. We changed filter system, etc., and haven't looked back. Talk to the pool company! BTW, I have a friend who uses DE (di-earth) and is really happy with it, but I don't know what that is.
