You may have a structural or settling problem. You can seal the cracks with colored silicone caulk. If the cracks come back you have a problem that needs to be addressed.
A house trailer hit the edge of my block breaking it off. I used a can of concrete compound and iced it like a cake until you could not see the cracks and eventually modeled it to replace the broken part. That was about 20 years ago. It is still standing and although not perfect, no one would know it if I did not tell them.
Drill a small hole / holes in the crack large enough to accept the tip of a caulking gun.Fill those cracks with a specified caulk type for the job.
