My Vegetable Garden Survived the Polar Vortex!

We've experience the coldest temperatures in two decades in my backyard garden in eastern Kentucky: -8 F (22 C) with -36 F (-38 C) wind chills. Come and see how all of my cold tolerant vegetables handled these extreme temperatures, thanks to some extra protection with unheated and inexpensive low tunnels.
