Ha! My first thought was to hire my brother-in-law, but you can do this! Clean off the counter tops, turn off the electricity and water. Remove the sink. Starting at the edge carefully use a hammer to tap the pry bar to loosen the first tile. Try not to damage the wooden base. Continue working down the row. Use the edge of a putty knife to remove any remaining mortar. Good luck!!!
Chisel, chisel, chisel. It takes time to do but isn't technically difficult. You can do this.
