I'd probably play around with it. Maybe put the swing kitty corner and the table on the other side. Put your Rose bushes in bunches of 3's or 5's in the other corners. Hope that helps!
Plant the rose bushes along the outside of the cement and then use your patio for your swing & table.
I also have a small patio and somehow fit in a patio set with love seat, two end tables and two chairs, a barbeque, a smoker and a couple plastic stacking chairs. I put the patio set on the south end of the patio, On the north end by the house I put the barbeque and the smoker under one of those canapies you can get for over barbeques. We have one of those off set umbrellas that you can put over whenever you want shade over the furniture or can move to other parts of your yard if you want. All you can do is enlist some help and arrange and rearrange until you get what you like, then place your roses in attractive arrangements with the areas you have left.
