As for the framing part, you can get molding you can cut and custom frame it. As for "glass a mirror" I am at a loss as to what you are asking form. Sorry.
Do you mean aro the mirror in like your bathroom? If so I had used crown mold and cut to size of the mirror. I made sure to measure the are 2 timeS to be sure. Then once I had my 4 pieces I laid them on the floor in my bedroom and used command strips to attach the molding to the mirror. I used 2 pieces on each smaller side and 3 for the larger sides. And it has been about 3 years and still han on! Hope this helps you out
We did something a little different and it turned out awesome. And this could be done with any mirror. We had 2 large mirror that would attached to the back of closet doors up hated the look so we bought 2 by 2's at homedepot and created a frame to where the mirror would sit on top leaving 1 inch exposed All around. We painted the frame and yes we had to use the plastic mirror clamps to attach the mirror to the frame but I found flower ones at Home Depot which were perfect. We have a beach home so we painted the frame a bright yellow and with the white flower mirror clamps it was so sharp looking. We actually ended up make 2! Because this was now a much heavier piec we used French cleats to hang I them. Home Depot is my favorite place to shop when doing anything type of probe t in the house. Enjoy!
That is a great idea!!!! Will be doing it this way too!!!
