Does anyone have Experience with SwimSpas? I have some questions...

I'm thinking of installing a swim spa in my back yard. Any experience with this? If so, what brand did you buy and how difficult was it to install? I want one for my son who is a former Marine and injured in Iraq. His therapist recommended it for strengthening his arms and chest since he doesn't have use of his legs.
