John, First of all we understand of the fixed income. I would keep a eye open on finished homes, who have this extra gravel left over. Ask the contractor if you can have it, and they are usually thrilled to get rid of it. It may take several loads to get this done, but you may want to rake this area, before you begin to fill these holes. . or wait till it rains, for more help. The construction era in the areas, are the best place to ask, and they will help you, I am sure, just for the clearance of this item, in a finished product.
