How do I put Mexican tiles on a spay sparkled wall???

I want to put up imported Mexican tiles as a backsplash in my kitchen, trouble is that my walls have spray spackle. I have tried glass tiles with their adhesive compound, only to have them fall off. What am I doing wrong??

You're going to need some mastic adhesive- good luck!
Tiles need a flat level surface. Either you remove the spackle or smooth it out with by sanding smooth.
Put up blue or green board over the spray spackle, and adhere the tiles to that.
You could spray the spackle with water until it gets soft then scrape off into a plastic bag and throw away then prep for your tiles.
