You fabric paint available at craft stores.
There are fabric paint pens that you can buy as well which may be easier for small designs.
Fabric paint & fabric markers will be your best bet!
I recently purchased a spray paint that is made specifically for fabric and vinyl. It is called
Rust-Oleum Fabric and Vinyl. Color was flat black. I have used it on 2 chairs that have a vinyl seat and back. It looks beautiful and seems to have good durability. I've never used it on clothing, but you could check it out on Amazon and see how it would work for your project.

Thank you all for your advice! I'm just trying to dress up my T-shirt. I want to make it in the Avengers-style, and I think you know what it is. But I'm still not sure what kind of drawing I should choose. I found a lot of different pictures on the Internet. So I hope I can still choose one. To make my work look good, I will use Santex textile finishing machines, and I recommend them to everyone. Because my work turns out really good, of course, there is not without my genius lol I'm just kidding.
