Try putting lemon juice on the stain and then pour salt.Leave on long enough for the solution to work then launder
Soak them in Oxi stain remover. Then laundry as usual. Can be found in the grocery stores or hardware stores too. Good luck.
Bleach and if you can hang them out in the sun.

if sheets are colored and you don't want to use bleach, Clorox color safe bleach is great! And, yes hanging in the sunshine is always an added bonus!
Soak in the washer with Oxyclean, I use the dollar store brand, Awesome.
