How about reupholstering it with some store bought fabric? You can definitely DIY that.
Suede cloth works well ....is more pliable than vinyl.
If its just comfort your looking for, several people in my office have slipped fuzzy soft socks over them..
Hello, Sandy. I have a chair that has very similar arms. That bonded leather isn't worth spit.
I would look to see if you can remove the arm rest. Then I would simply wrap it in upholstery batting and recover in a new material. Hope that idea helps.
