How to paint on fabric in RV?

I have trim in rv that has texture fabric of green leaves if I remove it I would have to take out trim on slideout and don't want that mess how can I paint over existing fabric

    They make a spray paint for fabrics. It would only require masking off around it and spraying. Easy peasy. Then, if you want to stencil, or, freehand paint on the new base color with craft fabric paints, you are ready to go.

    Little nervous on using spray paint in rv I would have to cover walls furniture but might be worth it

    Use water based paint. Smooth fabric painted leaves a leather like finish. Textured fabric painted leaves the fabric rough sandpaper like finish.

    Just buy some acrylic paint at a craft store and don't let anyone tell you that you need a special paint to mix in so it will not wear off. I made a toddler a "Pizza Pig" tee (pig holding pizza) with plain acrylic paint and it lasted through 3 active boys and still looked as good as when I did it. The shirt holes with a still perfect painting after the three brothers.
