Put on a dehumidifier and hang up Bags of Damp Rid
Janet is right. But, is there a way to get in any sunlight? That is the best deodorizer you can get.
First buy a dehumidifier and run it on high for a few days. Wash the concrete floor with a mild water and bleach solution, let dry, and then wash again with a pine cleaner. It should smell good after that.
put some cat litter in a container in the area to absorb odor ..also Charcoal Briquets seem to help remove musty odors....
