In general, when is the best time to move plants/bulbs?Spring or Fall?

    Fall, so they have time to settle in and root properly.

    This is a detailed subject because each plant bulbs have diff directions like gladiolus you have to remove in the fall put in dark place and replant spring. Peonies I believe can only be done in August. Your spring Easter plants like tulips etc can be planted right after the blooms die off but may take a year or so to grow. Your best option is to look each one up on the internet because it is not a one answer for all thanks
