How can I take out blue ink from a white dress shirt? thank you

Take a white paper towel or cotton fabric and put it behind the stain. Then with another clean white cloth or paper towel and rubbing alcohol, begin to dab at the stain. Use as much as you need and try to not allow the stain to spread. You're more or less pushing the stain through to the other side. Good luck

Spray with hair spray with a white paper towel behind. Use in open air.

Hold stain portion over sink, pour rubbing alcohol thru fabric until stain washes out.This may take several bottles of alcohol, depends of size of stain.When stain is just done, you may use hair spray on stain and blot out.This doesn't work if stain has dried.

Hydrogen Peroxide

I go with the rubbing alcohol.
