Resulting from failing fence--railroad ties are moving on to my neighbor's yard...what will need to happen and will it cost tons of money?

Was the fence just old? Was the fence attached to the railroad ties? Is this a drainage issue? Can you post a photo or two of the area to help you better?

Now is the time to fix whatever the issue is before it gets worse and the cost becomes higher.
