Put up a bat house outside up by your roof. Bats eat their weight in Mosquitos and other flying bugs.
Agree completely!
I was told when I bought my house that the inspector saw a bat in my basement. I had nightmares about a bat getting all tangled in my hair. Well, after two years, I have yet to meet the little fellow. A lot of my friends are jealous, and I have been told that they eat mosquitoes.
Leave them alone, they are great for the environment. They will not hurt your pets. Install a bat house if you have a good place to put one.
My daughter has them come in living area keep removing them ,keeps coming back in very nerve wracking any suggestions
They're protected. If you truly dislike them and cannot grow to love them with bat houses, perhaps your neighbors would like to know how you feel. See if they might be wanting bats. You can offer a new bat house to thank them and facilitate :)
If we were neighbors I'd gladly lure them on over to my yard.
However, if that makes you uncomfortable, perhaps you could locate the bat house at the very back of your own property.
Lastly, you can hire a company to trap them and relocate them.
