Is there a sure-fire way to get rid of Creeping Charley?
I haven't found a plant per se, but I have constructed an 'invisible bunny fence'. You can do it around specific plants or an entire garden. It's very inexpensive and really simple. You need some kabob skewers (you get about 50 per package) and fishing line. I got a fairly heavy weight due to the size of our bunnies. I placed 4 skewers at the four corners of my planter, I then ran the fishing line around each of the skewers. I used three levels, one just above the soil, one about an inch above and then the third was an in above the middle line. Secure each line to the skewer and stretch it to the next until you connect all 4. Simple knots work fine. The bunnies won't see it but will hit their noses on it and get scared away. Your neighbors won't notice it either. (or an HOA if you have one.) This has saved all my little flowers that would have been on the bunny buffet.
Marigolds planted in among your other plants have a reputation for deterring the munchers. Garlic is another. Or scatter mothballs or peppermint candies all around your plants. You can also apply a spray of diluted hot sauce, but you have to diligently reapply after it rains
fantastic thank you.
