Why won't my Sweet peppers grow?

the past two years they have never grew and i could not understand everything else in my garden grew but them

    Maybe bees not pollinating? I have that problem with cucumbers. I never seen bees around the flowers.

    It could definitely be a pollination issue. There is the option to hand pollinate. You can see if that helps. Another thing to make sure of is that they are getting enough warm sun everyday.

    You don't have a black walnut tree nearby, do you? The roots poison the soil for nightshade plants, including peppers and tomatoes. You may have to try planting in containers with different soil.

    try hand pollinating--a small natural hair paint brush works, dab it on the pollen from 1 plant then dab it on the next plant.
