Our tomatoes grow w/weird white crack runs vertically down from top!

I agree with the irregular watering. With the normal rains in Florida, they probably get more than enough water that way, but if there are days between the rain with the high temps you get down there you probably need to water them. They love consistent watering and lots of it.
