How can I level a bathroom floor that is out of level?

Answered

It is out of level on a diagonal say from the NW corner to the SE corner. Self-leveling is Not an option, Prob 2 in in a 5 foot stretch!

Ok to me that seems like a foundation issue. I would get someone to look at it before any repairs were attempted.
