E6800 Industrial strength is good. It has UV Stabilizers, it's made for outdoor use on glass, wood,metal, etc. Just follow the directions for cure time.
E6000 can be used, it does not have UV stabilizers in it, how ever if you paint over it this helps to protect from the sun. Both glues dry clear.

For translucent glass I like E6000. For opaque glass, a good mirror mastic works like charm.
