Doing anything at all outside in south GA heat and humidity. Unless it is in a pool, I have to be inside.

when it's miserable outside I usually do early morning or after sunset. Head lamps are great. I have even pulled weeds under a large umbrella with a glass of ice water on hand.

Im from San Antonio but live in Virginia.

I HAD to respond to this! We moved from Houston, TX for that very reason! Unless we were in our pool, forget it! We live in Missouri now! I am quite serious when I say that was our #1 reason for moving. Couldn't stand the heat and humidity! So all I can offer you is sympathy and understanding I'm afraid!

I used to live in Arkansas, and it was the same way. I was always afraid I would burst into flames when I was outside! LOL I bought one of those neck coolers that are sold online....It wraps around your neck or shoulders and helsp you to stay cooler. Believe it or not, it worked! Now, I won't say it was cool outside....but it definitely cooled things down enough to be able to stay outside for a little while each day.

Bless your heart. Unless you have to leave the house, stay at home under the a/c, especially from noon until almost dark. Keep fans circulating throughout the house. Keep hydrated. Water is best as long as you are eating properly, and save some quiet activities to do during the afternoon. If you cook dinner, have all hot foods finished by lunch. If it helps, take a cool bath or shower, or a nap. If you need a fan right on you, use it, even if the a/c is on. But try to resist keeping the house too cold. It will make going in and out of the house more unbearable. If you have a porch or patio you like to rest on, keep a water bottle or other drink handy. Don't overeat, try to avoid very spicy or heavy foods. If you go swimming in the heat of the day, wear a cap or hat, even in the water, and wear sunglasses, too. Don't sunbathe. Dress in loose clothes, cotton if you can. I hope some of these suggestions get you through the summer. I'm a former Georgia peach myself, and I can't take the worst heat. Best wishes 😇 Oh, when all else fails, go to the mall!
