Maybe hotglue or staples.
Gorilla glue does expand (and can be dangerous for kids and pets) so you might not get a nice polished look. You can use hot glue if it weather proof. If you check the vast adhesives section of your local craft store, you can find the best glue for plastic.
Staples should do the trick. Make sure to stretch the screen fairly tight .
