You can use anything from a thrift store chest to a rack/shelves. If anyone is handy, you can build one using tree branches to give it a rustic look..

A bench seat with shelves under it, a pallet on up against the wall, a stack of wooden boxes, mount old door knobs on the wall, wooden dowels pointing up or at an angle, How about a narrow stairway up the wall.

How about an old 6' ladder against the wall to hold wet jackets and misc., a galvanized tub to hold wet, muddy boots and shoes (holes in the bottom for drainage), and a rocking chair or church pew to sit on while removing wet clothes and later retrieving them? Sounds like a great day in the woods. Best wishes 😇
