Get a putty knife, and use the edge of the knife, and this will come off, with no problems. Wipe off cleanly, and then you can reapply. Best wishes, J.

Silicone caulk will usually peel off fairly easily if you use a putty knife and a utility knife. Scrape the edges lightly to loosen it and then peel it off in one long string to remove it.
Hair dryer or hot gun might loosen it up a bit.
You should use the utility knife to separate the caulk from the wall.. It should come off easily. When you reapply the caulk be sure to use a caulking gun and then use a wet finger down the entire length of the line. Clean off any excess. This will keep it looking nice. Good luck.
