What do you want to grow? Do you have a sunny window or room? If so, gather pots and soil for the type of plants you want to grow. Either start from seed or purchase baby plants at a garden center or nursery and enjoy!
I agree with Naomie, make sure you will get enough sun for the plants you want. If you don't you will need to get a grow light or switch to plants that like indirect sun.
Have you tried a terrarium? You can use an empty aquarium or some other container that will hold several plants. Begin with a layer of fine gravel for drainage. Then a layer of good potting soil. Plant taller plants in the back with shorter plants in the front. You can create whimsical scenes with miniatures and doll furniture. Have fun. TeresaC
