Devonna, I don't see why you couldn't put ceramic tiles in your sun room at all. I think it'll look fantastic and the upkeep would be so easy.
Definitely you can. Make sure the concrete is clean and level. Use tiles with some texture in them so they won't be too slippery when wet.
You should have no problem with ceramic tiles in your sunroom. If you are worried about durability, you could also consider porcelain tiles. They are safe for indoor/outdoor use and are not affected by weather, etc.
