Concrete Micro-topping Basement With Moisture Problem.
The client wanted a decorative concrete floor in their basement where moisture had caused the existing coating to fail. We installed an epoxy moisture barrier, then filled an old drain that no longer worked and evened out the slope. Finally, we installed a concrete micro-topping with a urethane top-coat to finish it off.
