Here are a couple articles I found... not sure if your crayon is melted on the shirt or not...
Good luck!
Boil a large pot of water. Put the shirt in the washer, and set the water to hot. Add boiling water to the washing machine. Add laundry detergent.
Add 1/2 cup vinegar and 5 Tablespoons of dish soap (Dawn works great).
Soak clothes for 15 minutes.
Run the washer.
Shirt should come out clean!
Treat spot with Dawn and hot water before washing also.
And if that doesn't work, get fabric paint and put some simple flowers or abstract shapes all over the shirt to camouflage the blue crayon.
Try Goop. It's sold in the auto department at WalMart and is very inexpensive. Mechanics use it to clean grease off their hands, and I use it for all kinds of stains. It work on pretty much everything. Pretreat with it, rub it into the stain, and let it sit for awhile. Treat again immediately before washing.
