COME IN AND SHOWER OUTSIDE
When I lived off the grid in the wilds of British Columbia, we built a solar shower by putting a fiberglass kids pool with a black lid we made of heavy duty plastic on the roof, put a spicot in the pool bottom edge, attached flexible pvc tubing in a spiral to the spicot, and another piece down to side of building, fastened to the building with a shower head on it, and a switch mechanism to open the water flow. We had another pipe that went down to the river right behind us, up to the roof and used a pump to fill up the pool as needed, we buried the bulk of this. We made a surround out of thin lodgepole pines peeled and finished set vertically in the dirt and covered with bamboo fencing. Made a drain out of a 5 gallon bucket with lots of large holes drilled into it, and set in the ground, used a grate we got at the dump and surrounded with homemade pavers. We eventually used foam insulation over the exposed pipes to make it work pretty much all year except for a month or two. One of construction guys I knew looked at the roof before we put the pool up there, and we did put a few cross braces in the loft to increase the roof strength.
I've searched around for ideas and this is one of the easiest ones I've found. I hope this helps. http://www.homejelly.com/how-to-make-outdoor-shower-using-garden-hose/
