A drop or two of hot glue will help.

Stores like Lowes and Home Depot sell weather stripping : strips of cushioning material in a roll that can soften the impact of a slamming door. Some are peel and stick and some need to be stapled on. Not expensive
and should help! Good luck!
I'm with Ficher, peel and stick stripping will help tremendously. You will notice the different immediately. Best of luck.
