Are they getting dull sun?
Yes, full sunlight, pretty much all day
they should do fine with sunlight maybe try adding some compost to soil
When we started the plants we added some of our composite that we made and they did well, lots of berries. Could the problem be not covering the planter?
Is there any leaking metal that could contaminate the soil? Iron etc?
This container has been filled with cement blocks and wood planks, covered in black garden cloth. It has always done well with flowers. Maybe just the plants we got last year. We have planted new this year and I guess we wait and see. Thank you for your suggestion, it is appreciated.
