This will help you figure out what the problem is and then what you can do about it- you got this!!!
I would ask first of all, which wall is this? Do you have drain spouts aiming at this wall? Or do you have flower beds, or a garden on this wall? If so, the water from watering, is fighting against the drainage problem. The garden area, should be AWAY from the house, on a back area, away from the house, to prevent this from happening. What is immediately behind the wall at the point it gets wet? Bathroom? Could be a leak in the plumbing or the Heating system or water tank etc.
