My hydrangea bush hasn't flowered in 4 years. Help!

I have fed it and tried other suggestions. It gets indirect light. I've pretty much have given up. I'm at the point of pruning it and transplanting, and yes I know it is not the optimal time but I want something pretty in front of the house. What do you suggest?

Ask the garden store if you are trimming the wrong stems... you might be pruning new growth/blooms stems .
Too much feet can cause much green and no blooms. Use bloom buster balanced feet.. again, ask a garden expert for sure!
fert...(fertilizer)...not feet!
Try fish emulsion. It's a fertilizer for flowers plants. You could also use a rot hormone powder. But I would do the fish emulsion.
When pruning are you cutting off only the dead wood?
