Is there a sure-fire way to get rid of Creeping Charley?
You can try sprinkling soap shavings around them- they don't like them at all- good luck!
Blood meal sprinkled around should also keep them away.
I put pinwheels in the ground around the area, when the pinwheels turn the ground vibrates and seems to deter them. Good luck
The moles are in your yard because they are being fed there, they eat the underground grubs. To get rid of them, you have to get rid of their food source. Go to a Home Improvement store, get a bag(s) of a grub control product & follow the bag directions.
For the rabbit, you could set a trap and re-home it or put a fence around your plants.
