First, she may need to do some cleaning out of what she has it sounds like! Also, if she hasn't yet, label everything! In this link if you scroll down is a picture of a creative way to use her doors for extra storage:

You can also hang peg board to the walls to hang things from that, here is a link with some pics of this idea:

It sounds like this is a project for you and your daughter to tackle together with a huge clean out of her room. Nothing can be accomplished until that is done because there's no way to even contemplate organizing until you see exactly what she has.
I have a ScrapBox, which is basically a craft armoire. https://www.theoriginalscrapbox.com/ But they can be pretty spendy, here's an off brand type of one from Amazon. (Disclaimer, this is an affiliate link so I will make a small commission if you make a purchase). http://amzn.to/2qgOgvb >
i have a huge craft room. Here are a few things I do. Collect all the coathagers with clips on them she can. Usually you end up with lots of them from the store anyway. Cut the clips off to use as clamps. Get a strong dowel or so and some screw in hooks screw the hooks into the wall so each end of the dowel sits inside the hook. Using the clothshanger hooks hang you supplies from them off the dowel. If the dowel isn't to thick the hanger will fit over the dowel and still clamp shut. You can do rows and rows of these on the same wall.
Try a peg board wait after u & ur daughter sort thru all her stuff except the " private " stuff
thank U this might help
Wow I wish we had the money. That is awesome.
