Depending on how thick the resin is coated over it, you can use a very fine sandpaper and sand it til it appears clearer, than just re-coat it. First wiping it clean of any dust.
I don't know if this will work. Try first in a small spot. Use white toothpaste (not gel) and damp cloth. Put a dab of toothpaste on the cloth and gently rub in a circular motion. Keep the toothpaste moist. I use it to clean jewelry, copper, brass, porcelain, and rubber on sneakers I sell on Ebay. Takes off water rings on furniture. Used it to clean the foggy headlights on my daughters car. Let me know if it works so I can add to my list.
Maybe this will work..who knows...mix Baking soda and Hydrogen Peroxide...or separately. see what's work ,also try it on the corners first..also you may want to let it sit a couple of minutes. Also their ammonia breaks up grease and gummy stuff and mix with a little vinegar ,let me know which one works!..
If I'm not mistaken, thirty years ago and earlier, natural resins were made of pine sap which naturally turns yellow over time. The process of using resin to adhere and preserve a picture on a piece of wood was one of many ways to decoupage. If one of the other cleaners doesn't work, you can try turpentine, which is also made from pine sap. But use it carefully and sparingly. Turpentine and other paint removers can also eat up the picture beneath. Best wishes 😇
