For the well, you could create a small garden area with tall plants or large hostas around it. For the air condition unit, I have seen people build pallet walls around them and paint them and even hang planters from them to decorate it.
I would make a lattice fence deep enough to allow access benind it with a lattice gate. Put a flower bed in front of the part without the gate. For the well head you can make a flower bed with mulch, or just use river rocks and add some type of Shepards crook pole to hang flower baskets or bird feeders from.

Here are a few ideas for covering the A.C. unit, easy with pallet wood.
As for the pipe sticking out of the floor maybe you can plant some nice flowers around it that grow bushy so they can cover it.
To begin with, paint your pipes so they blend in with your siding. Then I hung a flower bag over my meter. Electric Co just slid it to one side to read the meter. Next built a lattice fence in front of your air conditioner/well or whatever and then plant a lovely garden in front of the lattice.
If you are going for quick and super easy, head to your home center and get some plastic fencing pieces that just stick in the ground. Put it around the the electric and AC and super easy to remove for a reading or what ever. In fact you can put it out far enough and leave one side open for easy access for the meter reader. There are a variety of patterns but the good thing is you just stick them in the dirt and it is done. Inexpensive sewer bricks (They are half moon shaped and make a circle) can go around the well. Build it up. Find something like a fire pit bottom that will go on the top. Plant flowers or make a bird bath. Then plant flowers, like hostess around the circle of the bricks.
I would use the lattice, painted white, cubed over the air conditioner. You need to keep air flow, so a larger lattice without overlaying flowers on the lattice itself. Low growing hostas on the frontage would be nice. The gas meter, absolutely paint white. Again, after painting, think distraction.... a low maintenance garden with these 2 items all white. As for the well, you could do bricks, like they do fire pits. Then plant bushes or shrubs. You could order a premade decorative wishing well or lighthouse to cover it. I would build a garden around it and again, distract by the garden around.
