Scrape or lightly sand all the peeling paint off carefully. Clean and remove rust, then spray paint the color of your choice with a paint made for metal.
Use a wire brush to remove the peeling paint,Then use Rustoleums spray paint for metal.
Wire brush it so all the loose paint/pieces are off, then prime rusty spots, then spray or paint with a Rust-Oleum product made for metal. Worked for me.
Use a sanding machine or a wire brush to remove loose paint. Hamerite or Rustoliem Paaint for metal.
