You haven't included a photo or said if it is a double or single wide, but there are a few things you can do. If there is paneling which can be a dated look you can repaint, or wallpaper. If you have old carpeting in it, there are many laminate floors that are affordable also tile or linoleum tiles are a fast and easy fix. Interior decorating, hanging family pics, prints, curtains, all help. Outside is usually a vinyl siding, this too can be changed, with a cedar siding or some stone work around the doors. Add a deck in front or back or both. I don't know the budget you are on, but there are many affordable changes you can make. If you have skirting around the base, you can place a stained lattice in front of it, to give it a more decorative look. Flowers, shrubs, plants, like hosta's , for instance, look great. They come back each year fuller and fuller. Alot of things, if you have a handy hubby, or friend can be bartered for a good meal or something they might need done, that you have a talent for. I had carpeting installed in two rooms for a twelve pack, and the whole place painted for a good meal. Good luck, let me know if this helps. Or you need more suggestions.

Interior or exterior? Interior - the "unique" walls could be given a shiplap look with lightweight boards glued onto the walls. Paintable wallpaper can give walls that plaster look. Get rid of the brass with spray paint. Oil rubbed bronze or satin nickel will give it that updated look. Paint dated cabinets with chalk paint. For the exterior, skirting the house will give it that permanent look. Shutters and window boxes will give it a cozy feel.
