New drain tiles for excessive seepage with a sump pump. Your city may help with costs...mine did. For light seepage you could use a paint product to seal small cracks. Check your foundation for larger cracks which may need repair.
First have someone check/clean the gutters on the house.. the downspout should hook into a Drainage tile below ground.. Is the Ground around the house graded away from the house and not graded toward the house-- it should slope away... You might end up digging around the foundation where you think the leak is coming in, clear down to the main foundation the house sits on,, the walls should be cleaned of all dirt and resealed.. then new tile pipe laid down with Gravel, make sure the tile drains away from the house... You might have to call in a Contractor... Good Luck.
