About 1 foot back from the drain, the tub pops and cracks like it is going to fall through. Does anybody have a fix or repair?

Unscrew the shower head and soak in vinegar. Clean the pipe that the head screws on well and use plumbers tape around it when you screw the head back on.
Soap in a CIL AND WATER solution for half an hour. Then rinse, it should rinse clear.
the drippy water is residue because the showerhead is partially plugged.
thighten the head, as over time, it tends to loosen.
