Pat on Jan 18, 2014mirrors, decorative paper such as wrapping paper....or put a smaller oval pictures inside of the frames. Your wall would look like matting around the smaller pictures. If you wanted to take the glass out, you could put a small shelf with a statue/greenery/vase on it.Helpful Reply

Janis Hill on Jan 18, 2014Love these frames! Why not use them as the beginning of a gallery wall? Fill them with maps of your town, silhouettes, pictures of your dog or flowers or whatever you love.Helpful Reply

Nancy Wiebel on Jan 18, 2014Without the glass in them, you could hang an initial on the wall inside of one. Or, you could hang small wreaths from the top of them so that they hang in front of the open space. Lots of possibilities for these neat frames.Helpful Reply

Colleen on Jan 18, 2014Nice looking frames, would you consider painting with chaulk paint? Do you have any special photos you could put in ( if they're too small for the frame use an accent background paper to fill the space) ?Helpful Reply

Amy Ogden-Paparone on Mar 04, 2014These are great frames! you could also do a frame inside the frame hung by a ribbon. You could use a picture from your trip inside the smaller frame, and hang it inside the bigger one by a nice fat silk ribbon. (pick your favorite color) I'd have the pictures printed in black and white so that they add to the big frames rather than detract. It'd also give the whole look over the sofa a more 3 dimensional look :)Helpful Reply

Kat Davis-Moran on Jul 27, 2014Depending if you want the glass to stay in them, the wood one in the center I would do a French country design in either cloth or stenciledp, the other two I would take out the glass staple chicken wire to the back then a French country material behind that. Or any other theme to go with your Devore.Helpful Reply

Dobi on Dec 28, 2014Instead of using them on the wall, why don't you use them for trays? You could put them on different tables to make table scapes! I use them all over the house! I am always looking for trays and sometimes you just have to improvise!Helpful Reply

Kathy Bettis Marez on Mar 19, 2015These lovely frames can become focal points on your wall. One of my favorite things to do is get some old skeleton keys and hang them from the center top of the frame, under the glass so you don't have to dust them. You can add a light colored backing to the frame if you prefer, or leave it off. One of the other frames would be neat to mount the initial of your last name inside. If you have old doillies made by your grandmother or great aunt, they also look lovely mounted on a backing and placed in this type of frame.Helpful Reply
