I used those pretty boxes from Michaels when my dogs were puppies. Get large ones so there is plenty of room for their elongated body and stack them in step form. You could also make your own boxes and weigh them down with books or anything really. Contact paper or wallpaper them to match your bedroom. Oh those boxes that look like suitcases would be adorable in a bedroom too!
