Need a bit more info. to answer this. There are several projects where you use an inflated balloon as a mold for various mediums as well as the previous suggestions!

Hello Kathy, For a winter project to do outdoors, you can get some XL balloons and fill with water and a few drops of food coloring. Line them down your driveway of walkway. Wait for them to freeze and then peel the balloon off. They work great as X-Mas decorations. Good luck.
