If it's mold that's on it you can just use a pressure washer and wash it off then seal it. You could just use bleach or grease lightening and then let it set for 30 mins or so and wash with water hose.

My question as I watched these grandparents was always, "Why are you sweeping your yards, and why is there no grass around your house?" We have grass around ours.
